Need help or want access?
Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, a brief description of what happened, and a screenshot if relevant. Please do not include private meeting content in support emails unless it is necessary to diagnose the issue.
Before you write
Confirm Kairn has microphone access in iPhone Settings.
Close calls, Camera, Voice Memos, screen recording, or other apps using the microphone.
For incorrect dates, names, or extracted actions, include what you expected and what Kairn suggested.
Recording consent
Always make sure participants know when a meeting is being recorded and obtain any consent required in your location.
