These terms govern your use of the Kairn private beta.
Using Kairn
Kairn helps users record conversations, transcribe audio, extract meeting information, and organize follow-ups. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for obtaining any consent required before recording a conversation.
AI output
AI-generated transcripts, summaries, tasks, contacts, events, and follow-ups can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review every suggestion before saving or relying on it. Kairn does not make decisions for you.
Private beta
The service is an early beta and may change, be unavailable, or contain defects. Do not use Kairn as the sole record of any safety-critical, legal, financial, or business-critical obligation.
Acceptable use
You may not use Kairn to violate law, record without required consent, submit harmful or unlawful content, or interfere with the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Any purchase, renewal, cancellation, or refund is subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Paid subscriptions are not currently offered in the private beta.
